| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation examines emotional self-disclosure as a discursive resource in user-generated textual feedback on YouTube. While previous research on online emotions has often focused on sentiment analysis or psychological outcomes, less attention has been paid to how emotions are linguistically constructed and strategically deployed in specific digital genres. Addressing this gap, the present study investigates how YouTube users explicitly express their emotions as part of their textual feedback on smartphone unboxing videos. | es_ES |
